We offer free shipping on all orders! We will ship your order within 3 business days on normal business days (excluding holidays). Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.

Most orders are shipped within 3-7 business days, so your item should arrive within 7-11 business days. Once you place your order you will receive an order confirmation and once your order has been shipped you will receive a shipping notification with tracking information.

Wrong order address: Please contact customer service immediately to change your address before shipping. Once the item is shipped, the address cannot be changed. We process orders every day (excluding holidays). All delivery times are estimates and we are responsible for delays caused by unpredictable factors (weather, delivery carrier factors, customer information errors, holiday related delays) or any other unforeseen factors. Order Status:
Once your order is complete, you will receive a shipping notification email. This email will contain your tracking number and a link to view the status of your order. You can also check the status of your order by going to your account page. If you do not see the delivery information when you click on the order tracking link, don’t worry! Sometimes there can be a 24-hour delay in viewing the tracking progress from the time we transmit to the first scan by the shipper at one of the destinations.
